Don Norwood

Don Norwood
President

Don is a 20+ year veteran of the logistics industry. His experience has ranged from a top producing salesman, senior executive at a major global logistics company to executing a turnaround of a mid size company as COO. He holds a BBA in Economics from the University of North Texas. Don is a lifelong avid golfer, outdoorsman, and is known to enjoy spending time creating great tasting food. He has been married for seventeen years and has two daughters.

   
Trey Dilley

Trey Dilley
Vice President of Operations

Trey Dilley has been in the freight forwarding industry for 22 years, starting out as a dock hand in the cartage side of the business. In 1990, Trey was one of the co-founders of Skyking Freight Systems, a multi million dollar company which sold to MSAS in 1998 and became Exel Global Logistics in 1999. He held positions as Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Pricing for all of North America at Excel before going to Pegasus Logistics Group as Director of Vendor Operations. Trey then joined HDL in December of 2007 as Vice President of Operations. When not at the office, Trey enjoys spending time with his four children, deep sea fishing, golfing and watching football.

   
Michael Parra

Michael Parra
General Manager

Michael has been with High Definition Logistics since its inception in 2007. As the General Manager, he brings an unbiased and fresh perspective to the High Definition team. Prior to his current position, Michael worked in the automotive industry where he accumulated several years of management experience in sales, marketing, team building and finance. At HDL his responsibilities include coordinating and directing daily operations as well as creating and developing new and more efficient solutions for customers. When not working, Michael likes to spend time with his wife and three children. He also enjoys fishing, bird hunting, golfing, snow skiing, and cooking.

   
Clint Corbin

Clint Corbin
Solutions and Results Executive

Clint Corbin joined the High Definition Logistics sales team in October 2008. His entrepreneurial spirit and drive has been an asset to the company's sales and marketing efforts. Clint is responsible for developing rapport with existing and potential customers, and furthering the HD brand within the shipper and carrier communities. Prior to his current position, Clint worked in sales for First Data Corporation selling payment solutions to businesses, primarily dealing with the lumber and auto industries. Clint was born and raised in Irving, Texas, and now resides on Moss Lake, where he enjoys the outdoors, and spending time on the water.

   
Mike Tellez

Michael Tellez
Solutions and Results Executive

Mike Tellez has been with High Definition Logistics since the company's inception in 2007. In this role Mike is responsible for creating and expanding strategic business opportunities, cultivating marketing material, and delivering a consistent optimal customer experience. Mike holds a bachelors degree in business management from the University of Texas at Arlington. Before attending college, Mike was a U.S. Army Paratrooper and is a Veteran of Afghanistan’s Operation Enduring Freedom. Mike is married and lives in Grapevine, TX. He is a lifelong Dallas Cowboys football fan, enjoys slalom skiing on local lakes, and is an avid sports shooter.

   
Shandra Blunck

Shandra Blunck
Marketing Coordinator

Shandra Blunck joined High Definition Logistics as Marketing Coordinator in August of 2009. Her responsibilities include developing online marketing, planning and facilitating special projects in support of the direct sales effort, and increasing customers' understanding of the trends in their industry. Before coming to HDL she received her bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Central Florida, graduating summa cum laude. In her spare time, Shandra enjoys spending time with her family, supporting the Oklahoma Sooners and her UCF Knights, along with being a skilled baker of decadent desserts.
